REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
We currently do not accept returns for refunds.
We do however accept returns for store credit/exchanges.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase's delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t issue you store credit/exchanges.
To be eligible for store credit/exchanges your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Bodysuits and clearance/sale items cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT:
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then we will email you a code that you can use with a store credit that never expires. You will only be able to use this code once.
How we process exchanges:
We will provide the customer with store credit, and then using the store credit the customer will be able to purchase the new size/item that is desired.
PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
There is no guarantee that the item you want to exchange for a different size will be available
If you used a coupon code only what you paid after using the discount will be refunded
All exchanges that require shipping are at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from the consumer to the business
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will notify you and ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s), not in stock.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING:
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your package is returned to us for having an incorrect address the buyer will have two options:
- We will resend the package, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- We will cancel and the buyer will receive store credit for purchase minus the shipping costs. (Shipping fees are non-refundable)
DELIVERY CLAIMS:
Suppose your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Simply Neci Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state is delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.
Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 5-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
Simply Neci Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
